Allow me to specify other staff that should be alerted when a client schedules a new appointment. Our front office staff has things they need to accomplish when a new appointment is scheduled so they need to be notified.

When an appointment is completed (kept, cancelled, or rescheduled) on the calendar, have an option to have the note automatically generate so that you don't have to constantly click "create progress note". Basically tie the note to the appointment...
