Add a timestamp to Appointments when status is changed

Add a timestamp to Appointments to track when the appointment status is updated. An example of when the timestamp would be beneficial would be to track when appointments are cancelled to by clients on the same day of their appointment.

When viewing the calendar, show less information on the appointment block. It's overwhelming to see and I can go to the Agenda to see those details.
