Add report that will pull information filled in from dynamic forms
There are specific fields that we use with our clients, such as household size, and past military service information. It would be great to be able to export or download a spreadsheet with the clients' names and this additional field data.
Only marked check boxes should appear on Dynamic Forms
Eliminate large spaces between sections and only show marked check boxes on Dynamic Forms. This will minimize the number of pages long a progress note is.
