Would like the ability to format custom forms similar to other word processors: - Adjust font sizes, colors - Paragraph styles - Inserting tables - Adding images

Add Client Preferred Name Form Element to Dynamic Forms

Add a Client Preferred Name Form Element to the Dynamic Forms editor, which would be available when creating Client and Case forms. This Form Element would be available in addition to the Client Full Name Form Element.

Create and send dynamic forms to clients that aren't intake

Allow my providers to create a dynamic form and send it to clients without having to copy it to intake. They make worksheets and assessments for their clients that don't need to be available to everyone as an intake form.
