Show who requested an appointment when viewing unconfirmed appointments
Allow me to see who requested the appointment when viewing my unconfirmed appointments. We work with minors often with divorced parents and it would be helpful to know which parent (contact network) created the appointment.
When updating an appointment's status, do not require a reason to be selected. This is especially applicable to No Show appointments, as a reason for the no show is often not available.
Block unconfirmed appointments on the calendar until confirmed/declined
Automatically block off time on the calendar when a client requests a new appointment until you confirm or deny the request. As it is, multiple clients can request the same time.
Keep appointments in "Upcoming" until end of session
It is very confusing for clients who attempt join a telehealth session via their calendae appointment at 1 minute past the session (or more) to discover they cannot find their appointment listed in the "upcoming appointments" folder.

Allow me to select the Telehealth forum without subscribing to Telehealth when creating availability
As a therapist, allow me to select the Telehealth forum when creating an availability block even though I don't subscribe to Telehealth so it's easier for my clients when requesting Telehealth appointments on the Client Portal.
Set how far out clients can book appointments on the portal
Allow me to set how far out clients can book appointments on the client portal. Right now they can schedule 2 months out, but I may only want them to schedule one month out.
Allow other staff to manage unconfirmed appointments
Currently, if a client requests an appointment online, an alert is only sent to the therapist. As an office manager, I would like to be able to see all pending appointments so I can make sure they are getting approved within 24 hours.
