Set how far out clients can book appointments on the portal
Allow me to set how far out clients can book appointments on the client portal. Right now they can schedule 2 months out, but I may only want them to schedule one month out.
We would like clients to be able to schedule 120 days in advance. Summers are booking up for people and they are looking at their calendars wanting to set up times on the portal calendar.
Would it be possible to have more future appointments visible for clients? We often screen shot future appointments for clients but need to have more appointments shown.
Extend the calendar further out for clients to schedule. It shouldn't be blocked at 2 months, it should be at least 6 months. Some clients are proactive and want to schedule ahead of time because they know the calendar fills up. Thanks!
Agreed. I find that I need to schedule out by 3months. It would also be nice to have clinician default option for listing of appointments. One month ahead is not enough.
Currently, the client portal schedules up to 60 days out. I think it would be ideal if the clinician could alter how far out they would like for patients to be able to schedule using the client portal (e.g., during the school year I like a shorter time frame but over the summer I would like to be able to extend it out.
