Mark claims "paid" on the client Ledger

When insurance payment is entered manually and the claim is marked "paid" on the submitted claims page, it would be beneficial for the "paid" status to show on the client's Open Invoices page. Right now it says "submitted" on the client page even ...

Schedule recurring/automatic payments

For clients that are on payment plans, allow me to set up scheduled or recurring payments for a set amount.

Add Progress Notes from the Calendar

Autosave client details

When editing a client's information, autosave the fields so I don't have to click the save button every time I make a change. When I navigate to other tabs/areas, sometimes I don't remember to save and then all the information is lost.

Offer and support a mobile application

Continue supporting the mobile application because I like the convenience of it when I'm not near a computer and a mobile app is easier than using a browser.

More granular permission levels

Have TheraNest modify the permissions levels to be more granular so we can select specific functions the individual can perform rather than multiple functions activated under a single role.

Hold client communication until resume of business hours

Many transactions related to payments, statements, collections, etc. occur after business hours. Allow us to create the invoice or payment link, but if made after 7 pm, queue up the email as a delay and send it out at 8 am the next morning.
