Don't allow me to invoice upcoming appointments as this can lead to incorrect charges if the invoice is created and the client doesn't keep the appointment.

Future consideration
Allow me to set whether the forum will default to Telehealth or In-Person when creating a new appointment. I only conduct sessions via telehealth, so I need to change this every time I create an appointment.
Adding a line on the calendar would be helpful to display actual time. Many times as a receptionist I pull up different pages on Theranest and go back to the calendar taking a few seconds to search the page for the correct appointments scheduled a...
I work w/ a lot of kids and it'd be helpful to be able to clarify in the contact info, which numbers are the kids', which numbers are their parents', etc.
