Add Authorization number to individual claims or denials

Add the ability, in the invoice phase where rendering provider and other information can be customized, to add a specific authorization number. It is difficult to keep straight when auth numbers change- or companys are behind on paying claims. There are times we need two numbers on different claims.

      Medicaid authorizations are specific to billing code. When the billing code changes we have to change the authorization by editing the insurance. If we have to go back and resubmit an invoice we have to spend time checking to see what authorization is in the insurance file. If we could apply the authorization to the specific invoice it would be there even if we had to resubmit.

      Yes! We have multiple providers seeing the same patient and we need to document auths for both.

      Agree 100% with Gail's comment on 4/1/21. We have multiple services that require separate authorization codes with no way to modify/change the authorization number when separate services (with different auths) are rendered on the same day. Please add a way to attach an authorization number to a service code.

      Our state medicaid program assigns authorization numbers and units by billing code. If we have 4 codes we use, we have 4 different numbers and units assigned. Would like to have the ability to set up authorization numbers attached to service code so billing will be correct. At this time I have to change the code under the insurance information each time a different service code is used.
