When I run a report and export it, show the date filter and any other filters I've applied at the top of the report so I can clearly understand the data I'm reviewing.
Yes, I've had to take back the administrative task of payroll for our clinic because the absence of a date range on the report introduced too many errors in payroll. If my administrator so much as entered a single digit of the pay period incorrectly, she only had that one moment while the theranest date selection window was visible to double-check for an error. Once the report is printed, there is no date range shown so you have to hope and pray that you entered the pay period correctly. We learned the hard way when she accidentally entered dates for an entire quarter of old invoices then processed payroll based on everyone's earnings for three months, nearly emptying the business account. Theranest, please help us out by addressing these critical oversights before you continue to focus on your expansion. It's a payout report-- featuring its date range is a fundamental component to its functionality.
I hope dates will be added to reports. This seems like a basic feature and one we all need. If I want to print billings, for a certain month, I want the month listed at the top of the report. Thanks!
While doing payroll, and saving as a pdf to my providers AR folders, it would be nice if the date I had set to run the report was reflected on the report. The only way to know the date range of the report is to name the file to reflect the date range.
The Credit Card Charges. I see that you can select a date range. However, it would be nice if there was a date stamp for when the report was run. If I print this report, it could be innacurate and would be helpful to know when I printed it.
Good morning!
On a daily basis, I print up reports that are filtered by a specific date range..However, the filtered date range is not showing up on my printed reports. How can I get this corrected as this would be very very useful as opposed to me hand writing the filtered date and risk making a mistake..
Thank you!
It would be extremely helpful if the parameters and dates of a report were printed on the pdf or appeared in a csv export of any reports created. If you run a report now, for example, a group attendance report, the dates of attendance do not appear.
It would be really helpful if the date range selected printed on the report you are working with. Bookkeepers and CPAs don't like the handwritten dates on the paperwork. As well, if the range is put in incorrectly but not caught you can search for a very long time before you find out why you are not balancing with other reports.
