Edit treatment plans after they've been signed

Treatment plans should be editable once signed. For example, once a treatment plan is signed and I noticed an error I cannot go back in edit the document. Instead I have to create an entirely new treatment plan which is time consuming and unwarranted.

I absolutely agree with the total waste of time having to create an entirely new treatment plan that has been signed. As an administrator we should be able to remove the signature to allow for editing. This feature was available in the past and is helpful with clients that have treatment plans that stem multiple months, and a small correction is required.

This would be an amazing option to update the status of the plan. Even if we can not update the interventions or goal at the least be able to edit the status after it is signed.

This definitely needs to be updated. It happens often, after 3-4 sessions, the patient then reveals something important that needs to be added. Would also be useful during episodes of relapse to update a Treatment Plan (required by State Licensing for Substance Abuse cases).

We need to be able to unlock treatment plans in the event that our clinician does not meet compliance standards.
