Allow me to "copy last treatment plan" option to create an updated treatment plan so that I can make updates without recreating the entire treatment plan.
When a treatment plan comes due, I would like to continue with the same treatment plan as I had been using with some minor modifications. When I click on "+Treatment Plan" it helpfully carries over the previous treatment plan as a place to begin. Although I can use this space to continue or complete existing goals, I would like a way to add new goals that would pull from the same Wiley Treatment planner section I was working from. Instead I have to create a fake client, make a fake treatment plan for them and search through the objectives and goals to copy and paste them. I prefer to have the Wiley drop downs accessible when adding a new goal!
when the treatment plan is edited and updated, it should not go back and change on past notes. The treatment plan should be able to evolve and change overtime. I don't sign my treatment plans because then they are uneditable. But then when I make changes to them, it goes back and makes those changes to all past documents, showing now transition.
Also, the goal should have it's own "active" "completed" "deferred" drop down as well.
Agree that this is super frustrating. I try to create a similar treatment plan that builds on the previous one, however, there are so many options in Wiley it can be difficult to remember how I got to where I was. I wish when I selected create a new treatment plan, it would allow me to at least pre select what was previously selected so I could choose to continue it or to add a new goal. It's annoying that I had to create a whole new form to document progress associated with each treatment plan and that this form isn't integrated with the treatment plan itself. Why can't I copy from the previous treatment plan, document the progress from the previous one and then click on continue or add new goal? Additionally, when I do click on add new goal, there is no way to pull from Wiley!
I also find this incredibly frustrating. I have had to ask my team to not sign their Tx summaries so they can update the status. Otherwise, I have to ask them to recreate the report each time they want to update. This is not a good use of our time.
YES! I have wasted 2 hrs looking for this feature. It sends a reminder for review and that's all you get. I asked for help with no new feedback. Why would you for review dates?
Frustrating when I discovered I could not update a Tx Plan but rather had to make a total new one. Does not make sense. What I'm going to do from here on out or until it is fixed in Theranest is printout a copy of the Tx Plan, let the Cl sign, and then scan into clinical documents; leaving the original Tx plan open for changes/updates. This is the only thing I know to do with what I have. This creates extra work!!!
This would be helpful for treatment plan reviews or even to have a separate function to complete a Treatment Plan review where we can enter notes on progress made towards goals and update objectives accordingly. Thanks!
YES!! This is essential. I am horrified that we are not able to do this. Further, it makes no sense to leave treatment plans unsigned since they should be signed by client to acknowledge acceptance of the goals but once that's done our system does't allow for a revision and instead because it's signed we have to redo everything every 90 days or whenever we review things. I'm disappointed that this suggestion was first shared in 10/2018 and it's now nearly 2020 and it has still not been acted upon.
Create a way to copy old wiley plan while still being able to access wiley check lists in order to allow for reflection of progress made on old goals while still adding new ones in the wiley format when completing treatment plan updates
Also create a space within the treatment plan to reflect progress made (perhaps an empty box near status drop down to add notes like "client missed several sessions, client actively working to use this strategy, etc.")
Once you electronically sign a treatment plan, it would be nice to have the option of using the copy of the last one when you need to update or create a new one.
