Currently I get a text message when we have a reply with the initials so I have to go through our client list to see who those initials belong too. My admin support isn't able to get those messages so they can't respond back unless I manually tell them too. It would be great if their was a text message icon button at the top with the bell, schedule, horn, note and question mark that has all of the text messages as they come in and we can see all of the text messages there as well.
