I'd like to be able to see when clients have opened (ie read) messages I have sent to them via the client portal. Clients who get routine notifications (such as when bills are paid) don't always recognize when I have sent them an actual message relevant to their care which requires them to open and read the message. If I could know when someone has not opened a message, I could text them to alert them to check their portal, follow up with a phonecall, etc.
I would like to receive a confirmation notice or read receipt/time-date stamp when a client opens their message in the Client Portal. So that I know they opened and/or viewed the message.
sent out a mass email to all clients re: practice updates and fee changes --- a Read Receipt would tell me who saw these critical updates! Now I have to contact them all individually which defeats the purpose of this feature
