Staff notification for client messages through the client portal
There should be a feature that alerts us when we have a message from a client in our inbox. I miss a lot of messages because I didn't know I had a new message. I don't like having to log in and out to see if I have a new message.
Looks as though a notification feature was setup and it would text a clinician confirming an appointment or canceled. My issue her is that its .02 per text. Why not setup an email notification? We have a fairly large practice and would like the front desk to know as well . Wouldn't an alert that needs to be cleared a better alternative? Why would you implement a paid version of notification?
I would like an email alert when theranest message system is used so I know when to check email in theranest system. This would be the same type of alert as when someone schedules with me in my calendar.
I would like to be notified when a client messages me back. They get notified when I send them a message. I am not always logged into Theraneast. Thanks
It wouldbe very helpful to be receive an email notification when a client sends us a secure portal message. I currently receive emails RE payments made via the portal,but nothing for messages.
As of now, I am not aware that a client e-mails me via the Client Portal messaging feature unless I log in to the system. I would appreciate it if an auto-e-mail notification is generated to me when a client e-mails me (just as clients receive a notification when I e-mail them).
When a new client message is sent to me, I see a notification when I login into Theranest. However, the system does not notify me, by email or text, that a message is waiting for me in my Inbox. This is inconvenient since I may not login daily.
