Clients can go onto the portal at any time and delete their credit card. I would like to be notified if that happens so that I can follow-up with them to obtain another card before their next appointment. Also, if they add a new card, I would like to be notified so that I can contact them for the CVV code.
Our office assistant is emailed when a new client submits paperwork through our client portal. Is there a way for me to also get an email notification of this?
When a client updates their credit card if we can get a notification so that the batch payments aren't denied because the 3 digit security code hasn't been entered.
