Notification for client portal account creation

Notify me when a client registers for the client portal so I can follow up with a phone call if they don't schedule an appointment.

    As the admin, I should be notified when the clients activate the client portal, not just when they complete they've completed documents.

    Agree! I have had several instances of clients signing up on my portal and I didnt see it because I don't check my client list daily. I think that if this is something they are able to do, and we can't change the setting, it should notify us that someone has signed up.

    Often, a potential client creates a portal account and signs intake documents but never requests an appointment. This seems to occur when a client does not fully understand the process and thinks that by signing intake documentation we will know to reach out to them to schedule an intake. At present, we do not receive any notification that a client has signed intake documents and may be awaiting a call for scheduling. Can we just get a notification when a new client creates a portal account (and thereby creates a client file for themselves)? Thank you!

    If you could add a flag or indicator on the agenda and/or calendar page so it is apparent immediately if a client has completed intake paperwork

    It would be great if TheraNest alerted management/administration when a new client is added. An alert similar to the one received when a client processes a payment.

    I have a link on my website that allows prospective clients to sign up in the Client Portal. I'd like to be notified through email when someone creates a Client Portal account. Currently, I am only notified if someone requests an appointment or completes the intake forms that I send them. Thanks!

    I would like to receive an email or a notification/alert in TheraNest when a client has completed registration through the client portal. As an Office Manager, I have to migrate information within their profile, but I have no way of knowing when new clients have been addd to the roster.

    Send us a notification when a client has subscribed to the Client Portal. I send directions and additional paperwork prior to the intake appointment, and I'm constantly checking whether or not a new client has subscribed so that I can send them the information.

    When a client registers to the client portal, a notification gets sent to the admin or assigned staff that they have registered.

    It would be appreciated if there was a way, when the administrator sends an invitation to a client to the Client Portal, that the clinician assigned to the client could be made aware.
