A pop up or alert needs to occur on a therapists agenda or alerts when a supervisor or admin has assigned a new client to the therapist. Currently we have to send an separate email to alert the therapist a new client has been assigned to them.
Yes! We use TN to refer active clients to our case manager. When we add their name into assigned staff, it would be great if they would get a notification.
I think that when an administrator or supervisor assigns a new client to a clinician, there should be a notification system that allows that clinician to know they have a new client on their caseload.
