If a client signs up via the client portal but a staff member hasn't been assigned to them yet, allow them to still message someone in the office in case they have any questions.

I would like to request a feature to allow clients to message a Therapist or other staff member when signing up as new clients. I've noticed that the messaging feature opens up after they are assigned to a Therapist. Usually that happens automatically when the request their first session, but I'm wondering if some clients don't find availability, they may not be able to reach out to their counselor to message them about signing up. So, I'd like to request some ability to allow a new client to message a staff member (maybe director or intake assistant) automatically. It would be great if this feature was able to happen automatically, and that role can be given to any staff member (for now, I'm a staff therapist and the intake coordinator).
