At present, only individuals with admin status receive notification of non-standard text replies when the option is enabled, which is impractical in group practice settings in which there is no office assistant or the admin doesn't have time to forward info. Additionally, it is also not always possible for non-admin account holders to be constantly double checking all clients communication logs every day to determine if someone inadvertently responded to the automated system with a cancellation. It would be helpful and make far more sense for there to be an option for all account holders (including those with non-admin status) to be notified of all non-standard text replies including those beyond the initial response to an automated confirmation text response.

I agree! As office staff our text responses go to one central number that we have to use a 3rd party app for. Why can't TN have the responses sent via an alert & provide more than first/last initial?

I'm getting non-standard replies about scheduling from my own clients as well as clients who aren't mine then have to forward them all to the front office person who handles scheduling. I need to be able to allow her to receive CCs of those replies directly and turn off replies coming to me from other providers' clients. I don't have time to be the switchboard operator and someone's needs are virtually guaranteed to get missed!

Our office agrees completely with this request. There needs to be a Theranest notification that a non-standard text response has been received. Personal employee cell phones should not have to be involved in this process, and front line staff should be able to respond to schedule changes.

Alert front office/administration staff when a client sends a text message or non-standard reply to a confirmation. We are the ones doing all of the scheduling and are not made aware when a client sends a message through the text messaging portal. Maybe have an icon that pops up in Theranest? The doctor's get a message alert, but the front desk staff does not. Otherwise, we have to physically click on every single client to see if they have responded as there is no such alert.

The new feature for the notifications for reminder texts is great, however, it is not set up to be group practice friendly. We have many therapists in one office and it would be great if we (the office staff) could also receive these notifications through Theranest only to make changes to schedules. I actually think getting notifications for reponses to text reminders should only be on Theranest, not on a personal phone number, it leaves open too many doors or errors and forgetfulness
