View EOBs in TheraNest with Apex

I really need access to EOBs. I pay contract clinicians and this is how they know what to invoice me.

I have many EOBS that I had been currently getting off of Officeally. But switching to Apex I know this will add a lot of time spent trying to track down the EOBs. I would love for this to happen!

As stated by other customers, it would be VERY helpful to have the EOB in PDF form available. In my case, not having access to the EOB adds hours to my workload as I have to visit multiple provider portals to retrieve the information. Additionally, I often receive ERAs that are unpaid but no details appear in the adjustment field. The absence of the EOB makes other services similar to Theranest more competitive, especially for practices that have contracted medical billers.

This would be SO helpful. When I can't view this in Theranest, it takes many extra steps for me to go find it on Availity. It would be much easier, and Theranest would be a more comprehensive service, if this was possible to download or view the EOB in TN. Thanks for considering it!

I would like to be able to view the ERA from the patient ledger screen to see payment details.
