It would be helpful to be able to access client notes and other profile information by clicking on an archived client's name without having to re-activate the client.
Sometimes I need to see past notes, appointments history, admin notes, etc. for archived clients. At present, we have to unarchive them, go back to search for them again, view what we need, then re-archive them all over, which seems very tedious compared to being able to view these things without having to unarchive them in the first place. Could there be a feature that allows this? Thanks
instead of masking the next/last appointments for archived clients in the client list set to "all", please show them; the archived status shows on the client name, so why not reveal this data?
You do reveal the assigned staff and phone number data for archived clients in the list. Please also reveal the date of birth as well as kept/next appointments...even though archived clients don't usually have next appointments unless they are set several months out (which does happen for clients who are on a maintenance schedule). Clinicians are very busy since COVID, and anything you can do to help our efficiency (such as revealing this data for archived clients in the list) would be very much appreciated. We are trying to help make your software better by these suggestions.
The new enhancement to search the entire Client list using the "All" filter is wonderful, as is the addition of the action button "Archive/Unarchive" in the array. However, I find it quite frustrating that we cannot see the data for Archived clients in the columns in the list. It is quite common for us to need to look up an archived client's Date of Birth or just to get a phone number, but the new functionality blocks this important data with an "Archived" label in the display. I will submit a new enhancement request for this basic data to be unmasked to workers from having to unarchive then re-archive just to access basic but important demographic data.
To allow the provider to see the information of an archived client without having to unarchive them every time like demographic information, notes, cases, appointments etc.
Needed to access the day a note was added for an archived client and it was not possible to view the date without unarchiving the client. It would be convenient to be able to view note dates without needing to unarchive.
When exiting out of a client that we've un-archived to view client information, we would like a reminder to come up asking us if we'd like to re-archive this client. Or, we would like to be able to see the appointment history without having to archive the client.
I would like to be able to view progress notes and assessments when a case is closed or achived without having to open or unarchive since we pay by subscription number sometimes we don't remember to archive again. Also closed cases we need to see the assessment or dates of service without opening the case again and it doesn't save the original close date so have to add a new close date and it saves the current date as the close date. Please change.
