Allow viewing archived client contact information

many times we archive clients that have not been seen in a while. When they contact us to be seen again, it would be nice to be able to see their details without underachieving.

    We're excited to let you know this suggestion has been implemented! Today we released a major redesign of the Client List page in TheraNest. This redesign includes some new details that are displayed in the Archived Clients List. You will no longer have to unarchive a client in order to view an archived client's contact information such as Mobile/Home Phone Number and Email address. The the Archived Clients List will also include columns for Total Kept Appointments and Total Balance Due.     Currently "Customize Grid" is only available in Active clients screen. Need it also in the Archived Clients view.

    There is a "primary payer" field that can be added to the Active clients screen. It is not available in the Archived clients screen and would be helpful to have this as a default field, or one that can be added.

    Since we aren't able to open an archived clients information without unarchiving them, could you please add a customize grid to the archive page like what is available for our convenience on the active page? I'd really like an option to obtain quick information without having to unarchive then rearchive every single client I need some simple information about.

    Agreed. Their details page should at least be viewable, if not editable. I understand the reasoning, but it needs tweaking.

    It would be great to have the ability to view an archived client without having to unarchive them. For example, when a record request comes in for an archived client, it would be nice to have a "view only" feature of those clients and be able to print their notes.

    Would love this feature. I am an IC virtual assistant for our company & hate having to unarchive just to check past payments or obtain an email address just to rearchive.

    Yes, and we must also unarchive just to view a phone number and take a peek at appointment history. Doesn't make sense...

    This is a huge headache that we confront on a regular basis: unarchive a client just to get a phone number or address, then having to archive back a few seconds later when finished. It is silly to prevent access to an archived client's appointment history, demographic information, and old progress notes. Archiving (making a client inactive) makes sense to prevent new appointments and new progress notes. There needs to be a distinction.

    Email campaigns are an important marketing tool to contact customer base. It only makes good business sense to be able to contact previous clients. If a therapist is able to bring back a client out of archive status it would effectively increase our census, which may require increasing subscription rates for Theranest.

    Please allow viewing details when clients are archived. It is often necessary to refer to archived client information to determine when the client had appointments and what the appointments were for (e.g., type of service). With the client limits, this can become very problematic because it is not possible to un-archive a client just to view data.

    It would be helpful to view client details while archived. Right now if a client is archived and I need to make notes - you have to unarchive, make notes and then re-archive it. Al ot of wasted time and steps.
