Assign "view only" permissions staff members

Hi-- we have been using your system for about two months now at our Intensive Outpatient Program and are overall very happy. We have about 25 providers who we would like to give limited access to the site. So that notes can be done and accessed by all. However, we are concerned about providers accidentally deleting/changing items on calendar. That would be a disaster for our program. It would be incredible if there was a way to have the view only option for calendar and client information pages so that there would be more control for the support staff and admin in a program such as ours.

    Please consider adding a feature to disallow staff from editing or deleting the Events of fellow staff members. There is an option to disallow them from seeing client info but there are some staff who should not be allowed to edit events as well. This would be nice to have as a permission since some staff (e.g. admin staff) should be able to see and edit events, while others (e.g. therapists) should not be able to make those edits.

    Having administrative staff be the only ones able to manipulate calendars so that Therapists are only able to view their calendars, not make changes.

    We would like to prevent our therapists access to changing appointments on the Theranest schedule. We have administrative staff who make and cancel appointments.
