It would be marvelous if Th users could edit or modify the invoice footnote for all invoices rather than having to do it one by one. EXAMPLE: We'd like to add to the footnote on the invoice "Payment due upon receipt", but only once, never having to do it again or add it to each invoice printed or emailed. Thanks!

YES. I did suggest something similar at one time & my suggestion was flagged as needing more information. Once TheraNest staff reached out to me & clarified what I was asking for, they then flagged it as an existing functionality - which it definitely isn't.
That's a great idea! One work around might be to put the due date in the notes section of the statement/invoice so at least the info is on there somewhere.
I am wondering if there is a way to add a permanent note into the Footnote on the statements that go out. For instance: "Account balances are due within 30 days of the statement date". Phone # to call and so forth without having to enter this information every time I send monthly statements. There should be an option for permanent, plus you can add a note if needed.
