Make all Client notifications customizeable from the Organization level. The Callback Number should not be a required field (as it is in some communications). We don't have a receptionist or main line. Each therapist manages their own schedule and takes direct calls from clients.
In "Organization"> "Client Portal" - have a place to edit and save several personalized invitations (family, marriage, individual). Be able to edit those and save them without having to send a new invitation to a client.
When sending intake forms to clients, would like to be able to save off a custom template that saves the changes I typically make to the message. More broadly, an ability to customize any notification made to the client would be ideal
This idea was submitted in 2019 and there has been zero update. Kindly consider this idea!
We are able to customize the "Email Reminder Settings" for emails and texts, but not the "Share New Form(s)".
