Allow me to customize the default client portal invitation message outside the invitation process so I don't have to change it every time I invite someone to the portal.
There is currently not a way to view the actual message that was sent, only the forms that were sent. For example, when inviting a client to the client portal, there is a custom message that we paste. We would like to be able to review that message and currently are unable to.
Ability to save the "Invite New Client to the portal" message. I have to customize it every time. It would be great if the customizable message saved like appointment reminder message.
I would like to be able to compose my own customized portal invite that will be sent to all my clients. It has specific instructions that I would like for them to follow. Now I have to type out my instructions every time I send an invite.
Yeees! This would so much more efficient if we could create client portal templates for initial invite, credit card updates, or any other information. Efficiency is key :)
Yes I strongly agree with this! I have to copy and paste my own portal invitation from a Word document every time, which is time consuming and a bit frustrating.
I have created an email that I want to be sent with the client portal invite, but it does not save. I have to write the email out each time. It would be nice if you can edit that initial message when you are inviting to the portal and have it save as the default message
A nice feature to have would be the ability to customize the Welcome message that gets sent to a client when inviting them to the client portal. Currently, the message can only be customized when in the middle of the process of inviting them.
