Please update this to allow us to choose intake paperwork to be sent during initial portal invite. It is very clunky to use for parents who need to complete paperwork for a minor.
Agree with this and would like to also customize the forms that are sent. Currently, all intake forms are automatically send which is confusing to the client and gives us more work.
Customizable invitation messages and form selections should apply in cases where only the contact of a client would have portal access. It should apply to the first person to access a client portal account regardless of if it's the client or a client's contact setting up and logging into a portal account for the first time.
