It would be helpful if a progress note could be moved between cases. We have new interns every semester and they often make the mistake of putting the note in the wrong case. This would allow us to move the note without them having to automatically redo it.
This would be ideal so that even when a case is passed off to a new therapist they could go back and "split" the case notes into 2 or more cases when this has not been done previously. I am facing this with a current case and the first person seeing this client was an independent and the current one is not so the supervisor caught this issue but it was too late and notes were completed. Our only solution now is to copy and paste all the information.
