Require linked appointment when saving Progress Notes
As an admin, allow me to require a progress note be linked to an appointment before it can be saved as sometimes our therapists forget to link progress notes to dates of service.
It would be really helpful if there was an Organization setting that required Progress Notes to be linked to an appointment before being signed. Sometimes our providers forget and it can be a bit of a pain to go back and fix it.
It would be good to have a setting option which prevents progress notes from being saved if the Appointment field is not populated. It is too easy for a therapist to forget to populate this field before signing.
