When filling out the information for a client's primary care physician under the Additional Details tab, allow me to add the PCP's fax number.

Under the 'Additional Details' tab, it is helpful that there is a section to enter PCP information, however, I noticed there is not a field to enter a fax number. We communicate with practices on referrals by fax and adding this field would allow us a quick reference when we are working on these communications with other offices.
