Keep history of past billing notes in client Bill To & Insurance details
Whenever there is a change in billing we update the billing notes. The current billing notes are small and it would be nice to have a feature similar to the contact log for billing notes, so that we can keep a history and notes aren't being removed.
It would be incredibly helpful to have the "Client billing notes" on the 'Bill to & Insurance' tab keep a record of the notes that are entered here. Currently one can enter a note, but it can be removed if multiple people are working on billing and there is no record of the previous notes. This has resulted in the loss of important information for billing clients/insurance. Please create a record so that users aren't deleting billing notes/information. Having the ability to check off resolved notes but keep the record would also be helpful.
Yes this please. There is so much non-clinical information that billing/claims needs to keep track of and we need a place in the system where we can access it.
