Add the ability to record a note for each claim

It would be very helpful to be able to enter a note next to every claim to assist with insurance payment follow up. Currently I keep a manual list of all claims submitted and my follow up in excel, so it creates 2 systems to update when something is paid or resubmitted. Integrating the tracking and follow up just by adding a notes field and possibly last updated would be amazing! Thank you~
