Edit appointment status after invoice creation

Allow me to edit the appointment status of an invoice without having to delete the invoice. We invoice all of our clients first thing in the morning and then need to be able to change the status of appointments as needed.

    This is quite important to add. Extremely tedious to have to delete invoice, change the appointment and recreate invoice. To many chances for errors, having to resend corrected invoices/superbills

    If it is not possible for a therapist to edit an appointment status after the invoice is created, please make it something allowable at the admin level. Often times someone (we have over 80 therapists here) will miss that step and then we are blocked from correcting it for them. Its leaving us with inaccurate "Kept session" counts.

    I agree! We bill 24 hours in advance so if we have a late cancellation or no show, it a bit of a process to delete the payment and invoice, edit the status and then re-invoice and re-apply the payment.

    We pre-bill some of our patients before their appoitments, or for the month if they attend a group. It is cumbersome to have to go in and delete a months worth of invoices to just change the status of one person in a group to "no show" or "late cancel". It would be awesome if you were allowed to change the status of their attendance in either the invoice or the calendar after billing has already been done.

    I’ve had a couple clients no show after the scheduled start time & was unable to change the status (to “no show”) on the appointment, especially because it was linked to an invoice.

    I really would appreciate the ability for the administrator to reschedule appointments even when they are already invoiced. My clients pay in advance for the sessions scheduled for the month, but at times will make changes to their scheduled appointments. Being able to do this easily would be great. Thank you!

    I do the same, and a change would be so helpful! As it is, I would have to delete payment and then charge again which is not only a hassle for me but is confusing and unsettling for the client.

    This is a problem for me as well. I would love to be able to move the appt to a later time or the next day without having to cancel the invoice and reissue.
