Change service type selection when scheduling appointment via client portal

When a client schedules an appointment through the client portal, they have to select a service type. Most of our clients don't understand what the service types mean. Also, there could be a lot of service types to choose from since this is set at the therapist level. Change how this works in the client portal to make it easier for our clients to schedule appointments.

    Only allow new client's (unregistered client's) and current client's to to schedule evaluations via the client portal during designated dates and times on the calendar.

    In the details you can put in the billing that you want for that client. When they schedule, it automatically goes to that. Makes it easy for them and I don't have to check that they are being billed incorrectly.

    In Client Portal Settings, there should be a way to make each client have individual separate service types available for scheduling. There are way too many service types and the client will not know which one pertains to them in order to schedule their appointment

    We currently have 57 service types. Limiting the service types clients can see while scheduling isn't really an option for us unless we have the ability to limit by client as opposed to the current option of limiting by therapist. Our ideal would be for all initial/intake sessions that are scheduled via the client portal to schedule without a service type & all other sessions should pull the default service type from the client details page & auto fill self-scheduled appointments.

    I would like to use the client portal, but I do not want my clients to have their choice of rates. I have different rates for people that are on scholarship, but all my rates show up on the client portal. Also, I would like the option to show that I am available one Saturday a month, but not every Saturday. In other words, I would like to customize my availability on the client portal and not just have the same schedule every single week.

    We have a sliding fee schedule & a scholarship program, not to mention different CTP codes & agencies that each have their own service types. So allowing clients to choose their own service type when scheduling sounds like a billing nightmare and it is the reason why we do not use the client portal. We would like for clients to not be able to select a service type when scheduling but instead for their default service type to auto populate for them. If they are new clients, we would like appointments to be scheduled without any service type.

    We offer a sliding scale for our counseling service. For our self we created a service code plus the hourly amount. Every Service code is visible in the client portal, so our client pick up the lowest one. Of course we can change it later, but that's a lot of work. I wish we would be able to select what kind of service code a client can see when they enter the client portal and not all our service codes.
