Please add Place Of Service to the superbill level details in the batch invoice option! My patients are getting their superbills denied and insurance is asking for this to be a LINE ITEM next to each date of service (like the individual superbills in the patients account --- just need these details ALSO to be present on the batched superbill invoices!)
Absolutely agree with this. I am shocked that the place of service is not on there as it is incomplete without it on there. It is unethical for us to be sending out statements that do not include that the service was via telehealth for example. Please add this to the statements asap. It takes many more steps to send each superbill individually from the ledger. Having batch statements is pointless unless the superbill information for insurance is on there.
Insurance request place of service codes on superbills so Theranest superbills should automatically include this information. Patients are requesting that we add this information because they are concerned that insurance won't pay without it. Patients are correct to be concerned and Theranest should add this simple bit of information. I'm a bit perplexed as to why it's not been included since the first superbills were offered by Theranest. This omission is short-sighted. Health insurance companies will deny claims for ANY REASON and subscribers know it. It's commonplace. Step up, Theranest. Show us, your customers, that you understand US health insurance. I'm not seeing it.
