New permissions have been made available for Dynamic Forms! You can now choose whether users with the Therapist permissions can add, edit, and archive Dynamic Forms. Click "What's New" in TheraNest for more information.
Please add permissions controls for Dynamic Forms sections; currently any therapist can add, modify, or delete dynamic forms, which could impact other therapists and opens liability for accidental errors. I would like to be able to control the permissions for that section so only certain staff or admin staff can modify the Dynamic Forms.
Limit who can edit these forms. Make them so they can only be edited by persons who have administrative privileges. We had a huge problem that a form got edited by a counselor who thought they were putting info in a client's file. As a result, the form was completely edited and that client's information went into every client's file - disrupting previously gathered info and committing a major HIPAA violation. These forms should not be so easily accessed and edited by so many people.
Therapist permission should NOT have access to edit custom forms! I will have 30 therapist accidentally editing our custom forms. Which means before we send them out each time office staff will have to double check no one has messed with them!
Custom forms in staff permissions for clinicians should be optional. There should be a check box to allow or not allow. Otherwise, these custom forms become Agency Policy whether or not they are approved by the admin. Also, these forms show up under every case. Please please, do add this feature.
Lease custom forms to the access of administration only. Now any therapist or employee can make change.
Set up custom forms in a way demographic can be populated.
It would be helpful if non-administrators were not able to duplicate or create custom forms into the EHR system. This creates confusion and multiple forms that are unnecessarily impacting our record keeping system due to clerical errors.
