Notify a client who is on standby when a slot opens up. So if a client requests to be notified of a slot opening up, they will receive an email of the day & time that became available so they can schedule themselves in
Include ability to run cancellation lists for particular providers at certain times. I come from a salon background and this was a standard feature in all scheduling software.
It would be wonderful if there could be an option that clients could click if they wanted to be notified of openings that come available in a clinician calendar instead of having to come and check all the time

The Client Waitlist keeps a list of clients who are waiting to get an appointment with you, or who already have an appointment, but would prefer an earlier one. If an appointment becomes available because of a cancellation (an appointment is deleted from the calendar), the Waitlist will automatically send a text notification to the first three people on the Waitlist, offering them the available appointment. They will have 15 minutes to respond. The first person to respond to the text message, that they’d like the open appointment, is automatically scheduled on the calendar.
If none of the first 3 people on the Waitlist respond to the text messages, the messages will then go out to the next 3 people on the Waitlist.
I am including the information from my previous platform that I just moved from. This was the most helpful feature that really kept my practice automated and flowing flawlessly.
My acupuncturist uses acusimple.com and it allows clients to sign up for a wait list for certain days if there are no appointments available. Then the system automatically sends out an email if there is an opening on that day. This feature would save me a lot of time and mental energy with trying to get appointments filled when someone cancels.

Some where their needs to be a list or option on client's account where we can put that they requested to be notified if a counselor has any cancellations for earlier appointments.
Please add a wait/cancellation list feature. Most all software offers this so that we know who is needing an appointment for the current day/week. This will better streamline your software & make our day/weeks easier.
Feature that would allow a clinician or staff to create a list of clients who wish to be contacted if an appointment becomes available, ie cancellation list. Connected to the calendar feature or scheduling tab. Provide the option of client preferred times and days for appointment. When that time or day becomes available the reminder list would show in a task bar or at the top of the scheduling tab. Similar to the treatment plan reminders.
This would be very helpful. We currently manage a "Standby List" manually, which consumes staff time, that could be automated. Also, an automated system would provide more convenience for clients.
A list attached to each week where I can enter a client's name if an appointment becomes available. It would also be helpful if I could add specific dates or times that the client is available to that list.
I'm struggling trying to figure out the best way to do this since transitioning to TheraNest. Right now it seems my only option is to create a handwritten list. Even if we were able to change the color on individual calendar entries that would suffice.
Waiting List - Have a cancellation list available for each counselor where a clients name can be entered. Therefore, those waiting to schedule can be moved up if a cancellation occurs. For example: Sally Jo wants to see Dr. Smith Wednesday at anytime but his schedule is booked. On Monday Jim Jones calls and cancels his appointment for 3pm on Wednesday. When the appointment status is changed on the calendar from Upcoming to Cancel/Rescheduled/Etc. a box pops up stating Sally Jo is on the waiting list to see Dr. Smith on Wednesday. Sally Jo can be notified of the opening and offered the available booking at 3pm.
