Add custom appointment status options

I’d love to see an option that has clients appt’s listed as “pending” and “in lobby” in addition to the already existing options of kept, cancelled, etc.

For me, I would love to have "checked in", "checked out" (appt is done and client showed up), "cancelled - under 24 hours", "cancelled - over 24 hours" (those both mean client cancellation), and "cancelled - Therapist/provider/counselor" (however) - this would allow for tracking and allow for client to be checked in by front staff

Add a "Hold" option along with the "Canceled", "Rescheduled", "No Show" etc. on the client's appointment page.

We need a "Hold" option to go with "Canceled", "Rescheduled" etc.

Can an option please be added to the appoitnmetn status of something like Administration cancelation. We are trying to be better about tracking out metrics and there is a big difference between the client or therapist canceling versus admin or billing maybe for billing issues. An idea would be for us to be able to edit the options for status that suit our needs or add others like Therapist canceled, Client canceled, Admin/billing Cancellation. thank you!!

Create a new appointment status - one to reflect Cancel-Excused. Thanks!

When someone has a late cancel we try to offer a RS appt with them, if it is available and they take it - we would still like to track that they originally would have been a LC. Could we have a drop down that is as above LC/RS?

I suggest you have, instead of cancelled, more specific options which are: client cancelled and therapist cancelled. Just saying cancelled makes it ambiguous and makes us have to describe who cancelled.

Appointment status - should not default to kept. That is not efficient. There should be a none status until the appointment time and then the staff should be able to mark it accordingly. This would cut down on incorrect invoices being created and inappropriate billing.

Can't always reach a client, but want to "hold" a spot open for them until they return our call so no one gets scheduled for that appointment time. I don't want to actually put their name in there because they (and the counselor) will receive a notification.

This would be helpful too to be able to track clients attendance history, especially if they are arriving late so that the therapist can address attendance standards with the client

Hello, We would like the option to add an additional status to the drop down that includes the kept, cancel, late cancel, no show and reschedule options. Thank you

Ability to set up a "hold" for recurring appointments. The appt will need to be confirmed with a "confirm" button click before it is added as a standard appt in the calendar or a progress note can be written about the appt.

Please consider adding the option of "LATE" to the list since this is relevant to us when deciding and informing a client that they will be taken of our calendar.

I have people that I put in a group that meets 3 days a week but they only have to attend once and I don’t want to make them NO SHOW, CANCEL OT LATE CANCEL as that is not really appropriate and I don’t want to make a separate group for them as it would be too complicates as I have some that attend one class on each of the 3 days as well as people that attend all 3 days.
