The same supervisory workflow that exists for progress notes now applies to initial assessments and treatment plans! If a therapist needs their notes approved or co-signed by a supervisor, then a new Save & Submit to Supervisor(s) button is available that will send a notification to the supervisor(s), letting them know they need to review the document.
