Allow for organizations to add supervisor signature required to Case forms (or any forms they choose) v. just Progress Notes or just hard-coded TheraNest forms such as Initial Assessment & Diagnostic Codes and Treatment Plan.
I have a couple of new clinicians whose notes are to be signed off by a supervisor. Under permissions, it says "all notes", but not all notes are alerted to be signed by supervisor. This is inefficient. We need all assessments (CANS/ANSA, SMI/SED, GAD-7, and PHQ-9) sent to supervisor to be signed off on. Is something you can work on get us running efficiently? Thanks for your attention to this.
As a Licesned Provider I should have to sign off on forms such as the CSSRS or the Safe T (which are suicide assessments). Provisionally licensed providers need to have this oversight. Currently, I have to go into each chart, press "edit" to sign. These are assessment forms we added as a dynamic form because provisionally licensed clinicians need to have these, as well as any clinician really. IT would be great if they could save/submit like with progress notes.
Also, progress notes which require supervisory sign off/approval etc. need to be able to reject and provide feedback to the Clinician. As a group practice having to give feedback verbally or in an email to 8 clinicians is time consuming.
