Specify who gets notified of completed intake forms

Have 1 email that is dedicated to notify admin that client submitted paperwork as opposed to emailing each individual staff assigned to client and have the same email address connected to their login username. There should be an email you can insert as "admin" so its the office getting notification of paperwork, not therapist that needs to then notify the admin that paperwork was completed by client

Submitted intake forms from a "NEW invitation Link" only to go administrator. We have an intake coordinator who handles these forms and need the notification.

As an admin, allow me to receive a notification of a client completes an intake form on the client portal.

Provide a notification of when a client completes a dynamic form we have sent them. And allow specific admin to be designated to receive the notification.

This would be helpful for any forms completed by clients!

This has a tremendous impact for our practice and the daily operations. For a group practice it seems like an essential function. Thank you for looking at this.

Please make this for any forms completed and submitted on portal.
