Include Spanish language for notes and treatment plans so Hispanic patients and Hispanic professionals could read and answer the questions such as client's portal, etc Thanks
I agree with this! I conduct Immigration Evaluations, and my clients need to be able to navigate the client portal dashboard in their native language. I can invite them to create an account and complete paperwork, but getting there is challenging when they cannot read English. A button that allows them to change the default language would be helpful.
We desperately need for our clients to be able to access their portal in Spanish. Many of our clients do not have enough English skills to get into their portal. We would really like to use the Theranest feature of being able to send our signing documents through the portal to our clients, but if they cannot understand what they are clicking on or how to get to their information, this defeats the purpose. Do you have any plans for clients to be able to access their portal in Spanish
Also I have translate the text reminders, emails and the phone calls for reminders is in English. It will help save me and other staff members time since 95% of clientele are Spanish Speaking.
Clients need to be able to navigate the client portal in their preferred language (specifically Spanish). Clients who do not speak English cannot use the client portal because they cannot read instructions on the website. We have translated intake forms and invitations, but none of that matters if the client does not know how to use those tools because TheraNest's website is a barrier.
We have several client who do not / cannot utilize the client portal. We have two spanish-speaking providers so this is really limiting!
I agree with everyone's comments. This is critically important in today's world to NOT exclude any population.
I have some clients who prefer to read documents in their first language. I was able to compose an intake form in Japanese in TheraNest. But when the client filled out and resent the form back to me, they all became garbage and unreadable. Please consider making this feature available!
Offer additional languages (starting with Spanish) in the client portal. I can have Spanish versions of our forms, but the instruction emails (and reminder emails) will be in English. If there is a way to select a preferred language and that dictate the language of their communication, that would be excellent. Additionally, if there could be a way to group forms by language in the client portal so that when we click a language, the correct forms are sent, that would be awesome too.
Translate Theranest into other languages!! Now that we are doing Teletherapy, I've had to have clients spell out parts of the TheraNest website to help them access sessions and messages. Some clients have asked their children to help them navigate the portal and messages which is a confidentiality and ethical issue. As a student therapist, I don't have the option of doing telehealth on a different portal. Please translate the site!

We need this to happen. The fact that this has not happened and the request goes back to 2014 is sad. It's enough to make me want to switch from Theranest

Now that we can alter the invitation email, at least there's the option of copying and pasting a Spanish version in.... However, that doesn't change the fact that when the client gets the invitation, all the prompts are going to be in English. I think it would be great if there could be a "Spanish Profile" option, so everything (demographic prompts, insurance, etc.) are all in Spanish for selected clients.
I have worked with programs whose main programming is in English but the section that is towards the client offers the opportunity to choose other languages in which the inferface is shown. Mostly in practice exam services for my students who mostly speak Spanish.
In the case of theranest, this is very important, because although most of the professionals know English, not necessarily the clients with whom we work. I can work with the professional part in English (the portal for the professional), however, in the settings should be allowed to choose the interface of the client portal. In my case, it would be convenient to work on the client portal in Spanish, I refer to the portal's instructions, demographic questions, intake forms and all the interface. It would be a very good addition and very necessary to not discriminate because of language and communication.
Add a Spanish version of the client portal invitation (the email section). We see that there is the "default message", but it would be nice to add another message (have both Spanish and English version).
