Set staff availability based on days/time, services and locations

Allow me more flexibility in creating my availability. Allow me to set different availability for future dates, or based on services or locations.

    Our new Advanced Availability feature is currently in Beta! This feature allows you to create availability blocks on the calendar to specify the services you are available for scheduling at specific times and locations, and more!     Please, please, please, please, please add the advanced scheduling option ASAP!! I cannot fully utilize your self-scheduling feature for clients bc currently your system does not allow for different availability based on location (virtual vs in office for example). This is very frustrating.

    It would be great if providers were able to assign locations to their schedule availability, such as Primary Location or Telehealth only as a selection for each day/time slot.

    An ability to customize and adjust schedule to show availability for each specific date. This would be helpful for contract-based therapists who have constant changes in availability for new clients.

    Either create a feature or find a way to embed external calendar, e.g. Acuity for scheduling prospective client intakes/consultations. Right now I have to manage two separate calendars, and I don't always remember to update Acuity so sometimes there's an overlap if someone booked in Acuity, but I already rescheduled someone else in that spot in TheraNest.

    Expand availability preferences to 2+ weeks or "This Month's availability" (Eg. I work every other Saturday not every Saturday or my availability changes every week in a month, etc) Maybe getting a preview of the month and being able to add or remove availability for planned trips, days off, etc.

    PLEASE make this happen! I am in the process of researching other scheduling apps where Client will be able to only chose in office or telehealth based on specific times. Even my own doctors, teachers, tax consultants have it set up this way.

    This would be really helpful. For example I have a different summer schedule than school year schedule and there is no easy way to add this in for availability on my preferences.

    I would like to be able to show what blocks of time are available for in-person sessions and which are for Telehealth only

    We need to be able to adjust availability to be different from one week to the next, or block time without making a big appointment labeled block.

    In the clinician availability settings is there a way to designate available times as "telehealth only"? So when clients are self scheduling it will show a certain day or slot as telehealth vs in person?

    This is similar to one above, requesting that we can set an effective date for changes to take place. We need current calendar bugs worked out first though! Calendar preferences need to stick!!!!

    It would be nice to be able to set particular appt times (eg., Monday 12-1pm, 1:15-2:15pm) in the calendar availability so that those are the specific times that show up when a client goes to request an appt, rather than a block of time (12-4).

    I am happy to see so many requests for flexibility in setting preferences for telehealth and services on therapists' availability. I have had to subscribe to an outside scheduling app - which slows down the process of scheduling and is frustrating for patients.... and clinicians. Please implement this feature!

    when setting availability, be able to code days/ranges of time as certain appointment types; such as being able to set a day as only telehealth/online appointments.

    Yes! We definitely need this as well. We need each staff member to be able to specify their availability in each location by the hour/day. For example - Mondays in Location 1 from 8am - 12pm, Tuesdays in Location 2 from 4pm - 8pm, other times Telehealth. We'd also like staff to be able to add items to the calendar that are for information, but do not show up as busy time for scheduling purposes. For example, they may add "Working in the office" from 1-3pm and indicate a particular room they are using, but allow them to set it as "Free" rather than "Busy" time if they are open to receiving appointment requests during this time.

    Being able to mark provider availability for telehealth only, both, or in person only. I would let my clients schedule their own appointments but I have no way to note that Thursdays are only available for telehealth.

    It would be amazing if different staff members could have persoonalizable working hours or availability schedules. This would make scheduling for the office managers easier and the staff can automatically say if they'll be out of office or when they'll be out in vacation.

    Hi! I would like to be able to have scheduling options available to me that are not available to the client portal. For example, I see clients on Wednesdays and Fridays, but Thursdays are also a work day for me on which I often schedule meetings with colleagues. I would like to see these meetings on my TheraNest schedule, but I don't want to make Thursdays available to my clients via their portal access. Thanks!

    It would be nice to be able to extend my work hours for a particular day if I am preparing for a vacation and want to squeeze patients in beforehand. Right now the calendar preferences only allow modifications to calendar availability in general, not for specific days.
