It would be great to be able to click on the Insurance Balance Due section at the top of the ledger so that you can then look at which claims that balance belongs to.
Currently, invoices only include/print the client's responsibility. It's important for clients to see the billed amount, any write off adjustments, as well as insurance responsibility. Clients should be able to see everything associated with the billed service on the invoice.
When viewing the clients ledger, you're shown the billed amount, and the outstanding amount for each invoice. It would be helpful if instead of the total outstanding amount, it was separated into two columns. One for insurance balance, and one for client balance.
