Add access to client General & Clinical Documents

The Client Portal has the client intake forms submitted as a pdf file to the General Documents section of TN, but the app has no way to access the document storage portions of the EHR. Ultimately, the app is of very little use unless you have a therapy session with an existing client and do not need to access any documents at any point of the session. (Which you have no way of knowing.) If I ever need to access any of that information, I need to open a browser window on my ipad and get it that way, so why even bother with the app? I also use the history form pdf as a place to take notes on my iPad during the intake. When I have that pdf marked up, I have no way to upload it to the EHR directly using the app. Instead, I have to create opportunities for data loss by using intermediary steps to get the marked up pdf into the documents section, or open a browser window and upload it that way. Once again, why even bother with the app?
