It would be helpful and time saving if I could poke a button to copy the address info that was entered for the client to the insured's info - perfect for when client is spouse or child of insured!
Can we PLEASE have the fields auto populate in the subscriber field in the insurance tab for the primary when it is a spouse or child? Or a least a button to click when it is the same. The time waste is unnecessary. Please change it back.
Re: Insurance - When entering the relationship to the subscriber the address of the client is removed. 90% of the time the client lives with the subscriber. There should be a place to check "subscriber address is the same as the client" and the client's address populates.
The address from client details used to carry over to the insurance tab and stay, but now it clears when you change the relationship to the insured. This is causing unnecessary administrative burden. More often than not, the address does NOT change for the spouse or child of a subscriber. What is happening now is that it clears and this isn't noticed until I am trying to submit the claim. I then have to go to the client details to copy the address and paste in the insurance tab before I can submit the claim.
Yes! It used to automatically carry over from client details, but it disappears when the relationship to insured changes. This should not happen. It is an administrative burden. More often than not, the address does not change for a subscriber's spouse or child.
I don't understand why this is being ignored. It happens MULTIPLE times since there are many instances where the insured is not "SELF" A button to copy clients information and allow editing seems like a simple thing to do.
The billing software we are switching from has this feature, among others, that are really straight-forward process common sense items.
Let the address info stay if its a childs info instead of it all going away. When I change who owns the insurance all the fields go blank and I have to type it in.
It's bad that if you are completing the insurance info for a client who is a RELATION of the subscriber, ALL of the fields clear themselves when you change subscriber from "self" to anything else (spouse, child, etc) when much of the info is the same as it is for the client (spouses live with spouses, children live with parents, etc.
