Ability to scan files directly into client's general or clinical documents

Make a feature where pt's can upload the front and back of their card into their account automatically at intake.

Add a feature as part of client portal where they can upload or take a picture of their insurance card abs drivers license for the file.

Yes, please! This creates more work and the admin staff also are not able to email unless they are part of the portal.

This is a great idea especially for those of us that are trying to be a paperfree office. Direct scanning is much more efficient than scanning to the computer, saving the file, then uploading the file to Theranest.

Yes! I just called yesterday to discuss this. If I give a patient the PHQ9 or GAD7 through the portal, it should automatically port to that section of the client chart and the clinician should not have to re-enter information. Also, would be nice if they had a scanning function where you could order or print forms and scan them directly into the chart in clinical documents or general documents in the correct tab and with the correct file name. Also, client completed documents on the portal should upload into documents with the names of the files already assigned. This way the office manager does not have to open up intake forms (and see information they do not need to perform their jobs) to correctly label the documents.

I think this is a fabulous idea! Making sure scanning is HIPAA compliant is so important and if TheraNest added this feature would be so helpful. I haven't used any other apps to scan into chart because of this reason. Would love to scan directly from the phone camera into the clients account. I have asked TheraNest multiple times for this feature, so if we all come together on this one, i'm sure they will make it happen for us! :-)

It would be great if clients are able to upload their insurance cards and ID when they submit their intake forms. This will cut down on paperwork and obtaining information during the first session. This would be beneficial for those who do not have a front office staff.

i'd like to be able to easily scan stuff into contact log.. what i use most for notes.. so if I have a hand written note or chart that is filled out by a teacher or parent, it can be easily added to the days notes. also, would like to have a spot to add a head shot photo into client case info that can be seen easily when client is searched

I would love a quick button in the insurance section to scan in a picture of the insurance card

It would be great if we could upload our scans into theranest without having to save on the computer then put into the patient folder. I have some paper documents, along with copies of ID and insurance cards that this would save much time for. Additionally, it is hard to track everything saved on the computer and make sure it is deleted for HIPAA compliance.
