Create a way to accept credit card payment from multiple clients at once -- perhaps clients who already have their credit cards on file in TheraNest. This way we could accept payment from several clients in far less time at the end of the day.
Right now you must process each payment one at a time. Instead, allow all payments to be processed from one screen using default payment information (same credit card as last time, same copay as last time, etc.). Your competitor has this ability it is called "QuickPay". Right now I spend many hours a day processing payments when it should only take 20 minutes max. I have to click at least 10 different times per transaction which takes far too long!
This would be a HUGE help!!! Maybe you could create a screen where you can check off any/all clients with outstanding invoices (and credit cards on file) so we can bill many or all of them at once? thank you
