When applying a signature to a clinical document, you can now sign and schedule the next appointment, which will navigate you to your default schedule view after your signature is applied.

I think the important thing our practice needs to make this easier is to be able to schedule the return appointment WITHIN Session Note. It's currently very cumbersome: - 1. Complete progress note - 2. Click "Save & Schedule Next Appointment" - 3. Be take to an entirely different page (the Calendar) to make the appointment - 4. Save the newly created appointment - 5. Navigate BACK to the specific note to then e-sign it This is just so the "return appointment" will actually populate on the e-signed printed note (we've tested it, and it won't populate otherwise). Can we please have a way to schedule the return appointment within the session? Usually our counselors already have their schedules pulled up in some fashion next to the session note or already know when the session is going to be, so having them taken to the calendar page just adds unnecessary steps for us. Any developement on this would be greatly appreciated! :)

Hi, could you add the option when click sign for the progress note to have "save and e-sign" and then "Save, e-sign and schedule next appointment". The original options just have "save and e-sign" and "save and schedule but it doesn't completely sign it".

Instead of having note saving and add next appointment, would love the option to save note, sign note and schedule next appt. At present, it's 2 different bulky steps.
